Base Subscription

$500/month minimum (included in total usage cost)

Usage Pricing

The $500 base subscription is included in the total usage cost calculation below.

Premium Support

$250/hour for premium support, billed at 4-hour increments

Sales Commission Structure

Commission-based compensation calculated on recurring monthly revenue. Commissions are based on head count for account management and are paid monthly on active client subscriptions.

MSP Services (Additional Cost)

Managed Service Provider (MSP) services are billed separately from subscription fees:

$250/hour for MSP services
Minimum 4 hours per billing cycle ($1,000 minimum)
MSP services are charged in addition to subscription and usage fees
Billed at 4-hour increments
Commission on MSP services: 10% of MSP service fees

Commission Details

Subscription Revenue Commission: 16% of monthly subscription and usage fees (includes $500 base subscription)
MSP Services Commission: 10% of MSP service fees ($250/hr, minimum 4 hours)
Commissions are based on head count for account management
Commissions are paid monthly on active client subscriptions and MSP services
Subscription and MSP service commissions are calculated separately

Example Revenue & Commission Calculations

Example 1: Small ISP

Client: 1,000 units

Subscription: 1,000 × $1.25 = $1,250/month

(Includes $500 base subscription)

Monthly Subscription Revenue: $1,250

Subscription Commission (16%): $1,250 × 16% = $200/month

MSP Services (if applicable): $250/hr × 4 hours = $1,000/month

MSP Commission (10%): $1,000 × 10% = $100/month

Total Commission: $200 + $100 = $300/month

Example 2: Medium ISP

Client: 7,500 units

Subscription: 7,500 × $1.00 = $7,500/month

(Includes $500 base subscription, all units at $1.00 tier)

Monthly Subscription Revenue: $7,500

Subscription Commission (16%): $7,500 × 16% = $1,200/month
