1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ISP Triage services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

ISP Triage provides comprehensive ISP management solutions including:

  • DNS and email management services
  • SIP termination services
  • FreeRadius integration
  • GIS-based network infrastructure mapping and documentation
  • Billing and customer management tools
  • Technical support services

3. Data Collection and Use

We collect and retain data for the following specific purposes:

  • Billing Information: Customer data is retained solely for billing purposes and accounting requirements
  • Newsletter Subscriptions: Email addresses are collected and retained for newsletter distribution only
  • Network Infrastructure Data: Fiber, wireless, and copper mapping data is used specifically for Triax Communications, a US-based broadband provider, for reselling services to customers
  • Service Provision: Data necessary for the operation and maintenance of our platform

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of ISP Triage services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the security of our systems
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that could temporarily affect service availability.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ISP Triage services are owned by ISP Triage and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

ISP Triage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the services will be discontinued
  • We will retain billing information as required by law
  • Newsletter subscriptions will be cancelled
  • Network infrastructure data will be handled according to our data retention policy

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
